Description We are looking for a talented, creative, and detail-driven Graphic Designer to lead visual communication and brand design across GeoSoft Global’s marketing, digital, and corporate initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and delivering high-quality design assets across print, digital, and social media platforms — ensuring consistent brand identity and compelling visual storytelling. This role demands a strong creative vision, technical proficiency in industry-standard design tools, and the ability to translate complex technical services into engaging and professional visual content.

Minimum Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent from a recognised institution. A portfolio demonstrating professional design work across digital and print media is mandatory. Certification or training in Adobe Creative Suite, Motion Graphics, or UI/UX Design is an added advantage.
Professional Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and video editing.

  • Strong command of brand identity development — including logo design, brand guidelines, typography systems, and colour management across all media formats.

  • Demonstrated expertise in social media content creation — designing platform-specific visual assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube with a strong understanding of format, dimension, and engagement best practices.

  • Hands-on experience in corporate collateral design including company profiles, brochures, proposals, presentations, infographics, and exhibition materials.

  • Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing — ability to create reels, animated posts, explainer videos, and branded video content for digital platforms.

  • Working knowledge of UI/UX principles and web design fundamentals; experience designing landing pages, website banners, and digital ad creatives.

  • Strong understanding of print production processes — artwork preparation, bleed settings, colour profiles (CMYK/RGB), and print-ready file delivery.

  • Ability to interpret briefs from technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate them into visually compelling, audience-appropriate designs.

Key Accountabilities
    • Develop and maintain GeoSoft Global’s visual brand identity across all internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and design standards.

    • Conceptualise and produce all social media content visuals — including static posts, carousels, reels covers, story graphics, and video thumbnails — in alignment with the monthly content calendar.

    • Design and deliver corporate materials including company profiles, capability statements, tender documents, presentations, and proposal covers that position GeoSoft Global as a premium, professional brand.

    • Support the marketing team in executing digital advertising campaigns by designing banner ads, landing page visuals, Google Display Ad creatives, and LinkedIn sponsored content.

    • Create infographics, technical illustrations, and service explainer visuals that communicate complex geospatial and engineering services in a clear and engaging manner.

    • Collaborate with the marketing, business development, and technical teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet both creative and commercial objectives.

    • Manage the company’s design asset library — organising, archiving, and maintaining all brand assets, templates, and creative files for easy access and version control.

    • Produce motion graphics, short animations, and video edits for social media reels, YouTube content, and internal presentations.

    • Ensure all design deliverables are submitted on time, to the required standard, and in the correct format for their intended platform or print production.

    • Continuously monitor design trends, competitor visual communications, and industry benchmarks to bring fresh, innovative ideas to GeoSoft Global’s visual identity.
