Minimum Qualification B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or equivalent) from a recognised institution; Master’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering Management, or equivalent preferred. Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001) is mandatory.
Professional Skills
    • Proven expertise in developing, implementing, and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 across large-scale EPC/EPCM projects.

    • Mandatory: Certified Lead Auditor with demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and closing internal and external audits; strong command of audit lifecycle management including audit planning, non-conformance reporting, corrective action tracking, and closeout verification.

    • Deep knowledge of international engineering quality standards and codes including ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, NACE, ISO, and project-specific client quality requirements.

    • Hands-on experience in Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) development, method statement review, material traceability, and third-party inspection coordination.

    • Strong proficiency in non-conformance management — raising NCRs, tracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), conducting root cause analyses, and verifying effectiveness of closures.

    • Working knowledge of document control systems and quality records management; experience with QMS software platforms such as Aconex, Procore, or equivalent.

    • Solid understanding of HSE integration within QMS frameworks; ability to align quality, safety, and environmental management processes into a unified compliance structure.

Experience
  • A minimum of 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance and quality control within EPC, EPCM, or large-scale infrastructure project environments, with demonstrated ability to manage QMS across multiple simultaneous projects.

  • At least 3 to 5 years in a managerial or lead QA/QC capacity, with full ownership of audit programmes, quality deliverables, and client-facing quality reporting across oil and gas, chemicals, power, or civil infrastructure sectors.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing third-party audits, client quality reviews, and regulatory inspections, including preparation, facilitation, and formal closeout of audit findings.

Key Accountabilities
  • Actively support GeoSoft Global’s business development and pre-qualification efforts by preparing, compiling, and submitting comprehensive quality documentation packages — including QMS certificates, audit histories, compliance records, and capability statements — required by clients, partners, and tendering authorities during vendor registration and pre-qualification processes.

  • Develop and maintain a QMS credentials portfolio — including audit reports, certification records, past performance evidence, and client testimonials — that positions GeoSoft Global as a quality-certified, audit-compliant, and technically credible partner in competitive tenders.

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and QMS in alignment with contract requirements, international standards, and company policies.

  • Plan, schedule, and execute comprehensive internal audit programmes across all project disciplines — engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

  • Lead and manage external audits by clients, certifying bodies, and regulatory authorities; coordinate audit preparation, facilitate audit sessions, and ensure timely closeout of all findings.

  • Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality control procedures for all project phases.

  • Maintain full traceability of materials, equipment, and documentation from procurement through to final handover.

  • Compile and submit quality performance reports, audit summaries, and KPI dashboards to senior management and clients.

  • Manage document control and quality records in compliance with project and contractual requirements; ensure all quality deliverables are submitted on time and to the required standard.
